Serviced Apartment include 21” TV, a refrigerator, a microwave, Blackout curtain, Water fee, Electricity fee, China ware, Bed Sheets, 2 pillows, Blankets and Towels. Daily room cleaning and Daily towel changing (except Sunday). Changing linens and pillow covers 2 times per week.

Conditions

• 2 months deposit plus 1 month rent, Deposit will be refunded on completion of contract provided no damages to the room and furniture’s.
• Water fee: 100 bahts for the first 0-5 units, 20 baht each for the next unit. Electricity fee: 8 bahts per unit.
• Maintenance: 300 bahts per month for the Furnished Room Apartment.

ระเบียบการ

• มัดจำ 2 เดือน + เงินค่าเช่า 1 เดือนตอนทำสัญญาเข้าอยู่ เงินค่ามัดจำจะได้คืนเมื่ออยู่ครบตามระยะเวลาที่ได้เซ็นไว้ในสัญญา แต่ต้องไม่ทำอะไรเสียหายต่อห้อง และเฟอร์นิเจอร์ต่างๆ ที่ทางห้างจัดไว้ให้
• ค่าน้ำ 100 บาทต่อ 0-5 ยูนิตแรก ยูนิตต่อไปคิดยูนิตละ 20 บาท ค่าไฟยูนิตละ 8 บาท
• ค่าส่วนกลางห้องละ 300 บาทต่อเดือน
